The property consists of two charming dwellings with a shared courtyard garden and barbecue area.
The two dwellings can be leased together or separately to suit your needs.
The cosy self-contained annex features a comfortable double bedroom and a large pull out sofa bed in the open plan lounge area. The space includes its own kitchen/diner and bathroom with heating being provided from a pellet stove located centrally in the lounge area. Perfect for relaxing around after an arduous day on the blocks.
The main house offers more space than the annex being distributed over three floors. It boasts three double bedrooms, two bathrooms & has a modern kitchen diner on the ground floor. On the first floor you’ll find two separate sitting areas, ideal for relaxing or socialising in. Heating is provided by a cosy log burner on the ground floor but there are also additional gas heaters throughout the house and under floor heating in two of the bedrooms.
That’s not all though; the main house also offers exclusive access to its own climbing wall, yoga suite & projector on the second floor.
The bedrooms in the main house can also be leased separately, meaning the kitchen & the facilities on the second floor would become a shared space between guests.
